Processing Times

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Times

UK Standard: 7–14 days from dispatch.

Rural areas and peak seasons may take a little longer.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum window, please contact us and we’ll help right away.

Address Changes & Updates
If you need to change your delivery address or update your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes aren’t always possible.
Split Shipments
Sometimes your items may arrive in more than one parcel. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as Pre-Order or Backorder, we’ll display the estimated dispatch date on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Delivery Issues

Delayed delivery: If tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, contact us.

Lost in transit: We’ll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.

Damaged or wrong item: Email us photos + your order number within 7 days so we can make it right quickly.

Failed delivery/returned to sender: If the address was incorrect or delivery was missed, we can re-ship (re-shipping fees may apply).
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you can’t find it, please check your spam or junk folder first.
You can also track your order anytime via our Order Lookup form on the homepage — just enter your email and order number to see the latest updates.
